Meet Damian
Damian is a chill, laid-back 14-year-old who is your typical teenage boy in so many ways. He hates chores, loves to sleep in, and is obsessed with video games. But Damian also has big goals and dreams for himself. He wants to go to college so that he can one day be a pilot or engineer, and with his good grades, he is well on his way to achieving that goal.
Damian is a go-getter, but he always leaves time for fun. Damian loves baseball and football (Go Cowboys!), and in the past he’s been in the school band and choir. In band, he played the clarinet. Damian is an extrovert and makes friends easily. He also loves to cook and would love to be part of a family where he could cook for the whole family once in a while. Eggs and bacon are one of his specialties.
Damian benefits from rules and structure. He can become frustrated when things don’t go his way. Therefore, a stable, consistent, nurturing home where rules, boundaries, and expectations are clearly defined and reliably enforced are key to his success.
Family is very important to Damian. His biggest goal in life is to be a dad, but not just any dad. “I want to be the best of the best dad.”
To Damian, adoption means “a family.” It means having people who never give up on you no matter what. Damian would do well in a home where there is an active male. Damian is also great with younger kids.
